Take the booking in the chat
A table, a chair, a room, a bay or a slot — the customer picks from what is genuinely free, and it lands in your diary.

What it does
Only real availability is ever offered
Times are worked out at the moment somebody is asked, against your hours, your services and what is already booked. Nothing is parsed out of free text.
Two people cannot take the same slot
Even at the same instant. The check and the write happen inside one transaction, so the second customer is told and offered another time.
It uses your words
A garage's customer is told their bay is booked, never their table. Pick your business type and the whole thing changes language.
Ask your own questions
Registration number, reason for visit, allergies — yours to set, and asked after the slot is held so a slow answer never loses a booking.
Why it works this way
Why it offers a list instead of reading dates
Understanding "next Tuesday-ish" is a genuinely hard problem, wrong often enough to matter, and being wrong means a customer arrives on the wrong day. A short list of real free times cannot be misread — and can only ever contain slots that exist.
Questions
Does it work for my kind of business?+
If you book something that holds one customer at a time, yes. There are presets for restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, garages and tutors, and a blank one where you type your own words.
Can staff book on the phone too?+
Yes. The diary takes bookings directly, and they compete for the same slots as chat bookings.
The rest of it
Set it up this afternoon
Sign up and the console is waiting. Connect a channel when you are ready — nothing is locked behind a sales call.
