Every customer message,
in one inbox.
Start with WhatsApp — then let Instagram, Telegram, Facebook and email land in the same place. An AI agent answers the questions you are tired of answering, takes bookings straight from the chat, and passes anyone who needs a human to your team.

Five ways in. One place to answer.

Working by this afternoon
There is no implementation project. Three steps, and the ones that take longest are the ones only you can do.
- 1
Connect a channel
Paste a WhatsApp number, a Telegram bot token or your mail server into Settings. Two minutes, no call with a salesperson.
- 2
Tell it about your business
Upload your price list, your hours, your policies. The agent answers from those and says it does not know rather than guessing.
- 3
Let it answer, and watch
Repeat questions get handled in seconds. Bookings land in your diary. Anything that needs a person comes to your team, with the whole conversation attached.
What you actually get
14 modules. Every one of them is in the console today — this is not a roadmap.

One shared inbox
Every channel in one queue, assigned to whoever is on shift. No app-switching, and nothing sitting unanswered because it arrived somewhere nobody was watching.
An agent that answers
It learns your prices, hours and policies from documents you upload, replies in seconds, and hands over the moment somebody asks for a person.
Bookings, taken in the chat
A table, a chair, a room or a slot — the customer picks a time from what is genuinely free and it lands in your diary. It refuses to double-book.
Contacts that stay one person
Somebody who messages on WhatsApp today and Instagram next week is one contact with one history, not two strangers.
Broadcasts
Send to a group, track who opened and who clicked, and stop before a careless send damages your number.
Menus you draw
Drag out the options a customer sees and where each one leads. What you draw is what runs — there is no separate 'now build it' step.
Templates that pass review
Write a WhatsApp template, see the problems Meta will reject it for before you submit, and track approvals in one place.
Numbers that answer questions
How fast did we reply, what did the agent handle without us, which broadcast actually worked. Not a wall of charts.
Everything a customer sends you, in one queue
Five channels arriving in one place, assigned to whoever is on shift. Nobody has five apps open, and nothing sits unanswered because it landed somewhere nobody was watching.
- One contact, one history, however they reached you
- Assign, reply and hand over without leaving the screen
- See what the bot already answered before you reply

Answers the questions you are tired of answering
Upload your price list, your hours, your policies. It replies from those — and says it does not know rather than inventing something, which is the difference between help and a liability.
- Learns from documents you upload, not from the open internet
- Hands over the moment somebody asks for a person
- Every exchange it handled is there for you to read

Draw the menu. That is the menu.
Drag out what a customer is offered and where each choice leads. What you draw is what runs — there is no separate build step, and no way for the picture to drift from the behaviour.
- Buttons on WhatsApp and Telegram, a numbered list elsewhere
- A half-built menu saves as a draft; it cannot go live
- An option leading nowhere is flagged before a customer finds it

Send to a group, and keep your number
Reach a segment, see who opened and who clicked, and get stopped before a careless send damages the number your whole business runs on.
- Template problems shown before Meta rejects them
- Scheduled sends, paced so you stay inside your tier
- Opens and clicks per campaign, per contact

It uses your words, not ours
Pick what kind of business you run and the whole thing changes language. A garage’s customer is told their bay is booked — never their table. A business that books one thing at a time is never asked how many people are coming.

A table, a chair, a room or a slot
A restaurant books tables. A salon books stylists. A clinic books rooms. It is the same problem — something that can only hold one customer at a time — so it is one feature, and it uses your words for it rather than ours.
- Customers pick from times that are genuinely free
- Two people cannot take the same slot, even at the same instant
- Your staff see the day as a list, not a spreadsheet grid
- Set your hours, your services and how long each one takes

You pay for the software. That is all.
Plenty of platforms in this category resell you your own message volume at a margin, which means your bill goes up every time your business has a good month. We do not do that. Meta charges you for WhatsApp conversations directly, at their published rates, and we never touch that transaction. Your subscription is the same in a quiet month as a busy one.
See the plansQuestions
Do I pay per message?+
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription for the platform and the features, and nothing per message or per conversation. WhatsApp's own conversation charges are billed to you directly by Meta at their published rates — we do not sit in the middle of that and we do not mark it up.
What do I need before I can start?+
For the trial, nothing — sign up and the console is there. To send on WhatsApp you need a WhatsApp Business API number, which you connect in Settings. The other channels each need their own account connected the same way.
What happens when the trial ends?+
The 3-day trial gives you the inbox, the AI agent, bookings and templates, with your own data in it. When it ends you choose a plan to carry on sending. You never lose access to your data, and messages a customer has already sent you always stay readable — we will not hold your inbox hostage over a renewal.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes, and seats are included in the plan rather than charged per head. Owners, Managers and Agents see different things — an agent can answer a conversation without being able to send a broadcast to your entire contact list.
Does the AI agent go off and invent things?+
It answers from documents you give it and says it does not know rather than guessing. Anything it cannot answer goes to a person, and you can see every exchange it handled.
Is my data separate from other businesses?+
Yes. Every record carries the business it belongs to and every query is filtered by it at the database layer, not per screen. A query that cannot identify the business fails rather than returning everything.
Set it up this afternoon
Sign up and the console is waiting. Connect a channel when you are ready — nothing is locked behind a sales call.
